Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Mocha Tree Organics, we are committed to providing organic skincare solutions and guarantee the quality of our skincare apothecary products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order so that we can work with you to resolve any product quality issues or concerns.
To be eligible for return, a product must:
- be in its original unopened package
- be in new condition and not damaged or used
- have been purchased from our online shop in the last 7 days
- be attached to a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
We will offer an account credit in the form of Loyalty Rewards for all products received that meet the requirements for return, minus a restocking fee of 15% to help cover costs associated with processing your return. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable or eligible for an account credit.
When returning products to us, please be sure to include your RMA number and to use a reliable service that provides tracking and insurance. Mocha Tree Organics will not be held liable for items damaged or lost in transit to our facility.
