Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Mocha Tree Organics, we are committed to providing high-quality, organic skincare solutions and stand behind the craftsmanship of our skincare apothecary products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 business days of receiving your package so that we can work with you to resolve any product quality issues or concerns.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, a product must:

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Be in new condition and not used or damaged
  • Have been purchased from our online shop within the last 7 days
  • Be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please complete our Contact Form and include the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The name of the product(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll respond with your RMA number and further instructions.

What You'll Receive

Approved returns will be issued as an account credit in the form of Tree Tokens, minus a 15% restocking fee to help cover the cost of return processing. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Return

When sending back your item(s):

  • Include your RMA number inside the package
  • Use a reliable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance
  • Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your RMA number

Mocha Tree Organics is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Final Sale Items

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items and samples
  • Limited edition or seasonal products
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will be notified by email once your Tree Tokens have been issued.
