We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail Service for orders shipped to the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Our online shopping cart will automatically calculate delivery shipping costs and applicable sales tax.
We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Our typical turnaround time for shipping is 3 business days. However, special promotions and the holiday peak season may result in longer turnaround times. We will contact you in the event that your order will be delayed more than 5 business days.
Please note that we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO.
USPS transit time for domestic Priority Mail packages is typically 1-3 business days. Transit time for Priority Mail International packages to Canada is typically 6-10 days. We do offer an option to upgrade your shipping preference to Priority Mail Express. This upgrade is applicable only to transit time and does not impact your order's fulfillment status.
Please note that Priority Mail and First Class Package International are not guaranteed services. Therefore, you may experience a delay in delivery, especially during the holiday peak season.
Tracking Your Package
We will provide you with a tracking number for your package once the shipping label has been printed. Please allow at least 24 hours for the shipment to show up in the USPS tracking system.
If you realize that you provided an incorrect address before your order has shipped, please email us so that we can update the order's shipping details.
If you realize that you provided an incorrect address after your package is in transit, you may be eligible to submit a USPS Package Intercept request. This service is provided by USPS for a fee and allows you to stop delivery or redirect a package that has not yet been delivered. Please note that you will be responsible for all fees and costs associated with this service, as well as any re-delivery fees incurred for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or marked Return to Sender.
Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect addressing that you provided to us.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
Although we are not responsible for the handling of your package by USPS, we will work with you to resolve any issues of damage, loss or theft.
If your skincare apothecary items are damaged during transit, we will assist you with filing an insurance claim with USPS. Be sure to take pictures of the shipping box prior to opening it and the extent of the damage to the items inside. Within 48 hours of receipt, please email proof of damage to our team along with your order number, an itemized list of damaged products and the date that the package was delivered to you. Retain all of the original packaging material for claim services while your claim is in process. USPS typically sends a decision on claims within 5-10 business days.
If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please track the package to confirm its delivery status. Then, contact your local post office to request assistance and to report the package missing.
At this time, we are unable to accept, process or ship international orders except to Canada.
