Shipping Policy

At Mocha Tree Organics, we’re committed to delivering your handmade skincare products quickly, safely, and reliably. We ship all orders via USPS to both the United States and Canada, offering multiple service options to fit your needs—from everyday delivery to expedited express service.

United States

Canada

  • USPS Priority Mail International
  • USPS Express Mail International
  • USPS First Class Mail International Parcels

Shipping costs and applicable sales tax are automatically calculated at checkout. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Please Note for Canadian Orders: Duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and collected by Canada Post at the time of delivery. The recipient is responsible for any fees required to receive the shipment.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days
  • We will contact you if your order is delayed more than 5 business days

Estimated Transit Times

United States

  • Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • Express Mail: 1-2 business days

Canada

  • Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
  • Express Mail International: 3-5 business days
  • First Class Mail International Parcels: Varies by destination

Note: These USPS services are not guaranteed. Delays may occur, particularly during holidays or due to customs.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to appear in the USPS tracking system.

Address Corrections

Before Shipping

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us immediately.

After Shipping

  • You may request a USPS Package Intercept (fees apply)
  • You are responsible for any redirect or re-shipping costs
  • Packages returned to us due to address issues will require reshipping fees

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or marked Return to Sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address, we will email you at the address on file.

You may choose to:

  • Reship the order to a corrected address (new shipping fees apply), or
  • Cancel the order (you will be refunded for product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable).

We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by inaccurate shipping information.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items

  1. Take clear photos of the outer shipping box and damaged items
  2. Contact us within 48 hours with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the box and damaged items
    • A list of affected products
    • Date of delivery
  3. Retain all original packaging materials for USPS claim review

We will assist you with filing a USPS insurance claim if your package is damaged or lost. Claims are typically reviewed within 5-10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Check your tracking number to confirm delivery status
  • Contact your local post office to report the issue and request assistance

International Orders

We currently ship only to Canada using the following USPS services:

  • Priority Mail International
  • Express Mail International
  • First Class Mail International Parcels

We do not accept or process international orders to destinations outside of Canada at this time.
