Wholesale Terms
Our wholesale terms and product deliverables are as follows:
- Order minimum is $600 retail before 50% discount is applied.
- Minimum order quantity is 5 per SKU.
- Shipping is based on weight and is automatically calculated on our website.
- Order must be prepaid by any major credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
- Lead-time is 7-14 business days and does not include time in transit.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- At this time, we do not accept international orders.
In order to maintain the integrity of our brand, we ask that our products not be sold on or distributed by any third-party marketplace including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, or Etsy. Please reach out to our team with any questions or concerns.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or Ground Service. Shipping method depends on package size. Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Fortville, Indiana for a $30 delivery fee.
Sales Tax Exemption
In order to waive sales tax, our wholesale partners are required to provide a completed General Sales Tax Exemption Form, which includes a valid business tax or sales tax ID number, principal address, and authorized signature. You may use the form whether or not your business has nexus in the state of Indiana. If your business is in Indiana but cannot provide a sales tax exemption certificate, your order will be processed at retail prices, and sales tax at a rate of 7% will be added to your order.
